For 40 years, Jazzercise has been the nationally recognized leader in the aerobic/dance fitness industry.
What is Jazzercise?
Jazzercise is a 60-minute class incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one FUN hour set to a variety of today's fresh music.
Got the first-class jitters? You’ll feel comfortable once you step into class. Jazzercise is a very welcoming and non-competitive environment. Instructors, as well as customers, are friendly and helpful so you’ll never feel alone.
Nervous about the moves? The moves are simple enough for everyone to follow. You don’t have to have any dance experience so don’t worry if you miss a step or two. We all do sometimes - and we laugh it off!
Both high and low impact options are offered to ensure a fun, challenging, and invigorating workout for every fitness level. Our constantly evolving programs and cutting-edge classes combining the latest trends in fitness have made Jazzercise the most popular aerobic dance fitness program in the world!
Feel free to start at anytime - Jazzercise has convenient, continuous registration. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time so that our welcoming staff can register you and fill you in on everything you need to know about Jazzercise!
Dress comfortably and wear aerobic or cross training footwear. If attending in Greenbelt or College Park, please bring a mat or towel for floor routines, as well as a covered water bottle and hand-held weights if you like. If attending at Bowie Jazzercise Center, weights/mats are already provided for your convenience.
